How do I place an order?
o Head over to my Custom Order Form and fill out the information. I will reach out to you from there to confirm your order.
How much notice do you need?
o At least 2 weeks in advance is appreciated. My calendar is open 3 months in advance. Once I am booked, I cannot accept any additional orders. Holiday season tends to fill up quickly.
How long will they stay fresh?
o All cookies will come heat sealed in cellophane bags. This allows the cookies will stay fresh for at least a week after pickup. If I happen to be booked the week of your event, you can place an order for an earlier week and choose to freeze your order.
o Cookies FREEZE very well and can stay fresh for a few months. Put the cookies in a tub or Ziploc and place them the freezer. Take them out the night before and place them on the counter IN THE ORIGINAL CONTAINER. It is very important to keep the cookies in the container they were frozen in until they are completely thawed. Taking them our too early can cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
What flavors do your cookies come in?
o The cookies come standard as vanilla-almond flavored and they are yummy!! It is very important to me that the cookies not only looks good, but taste even better.

o Due to the Texas Cottage Food Laws I am unable to ship cookies.
Do you deliver?
o Unfortunately, I do not offer delivery. All order can be picked up at my home in Pearland, TX. (77581)
What is your refund policy?
o If you would no longer like to place the order, you must cancel 2 weeks prior to you pick up date. No refund will be given within 10 days of you order. Deposits are not refundable.
